Ultra is already known for producing only the highest quality powder-coated ornamental aluminum fencing, gates and railing. Our PowerCoat™ finish is accredited for AAMA-2604-5 standards by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association. This certification ensures that the finish performs significantly better in adhesion, salt spray and humidity resistance, color/gloss retention, and overall weatherability.
Ultra WaterJet can be quite economical, as most “secondary” operations can be automatically incorporated into the program,and material waste is reduced due to a closer nesting of parts.

Even reinforced personnel armor can be quickly and cleanly cut.
Ultra WaterJet produces a smooth cut on the edge without burn marks, cracking, excess burr, or other problems typically associated with heat-based cutting or mechanical cutting. Furthermore, this cutting process does not affect the heat treatment of the steel.
All grades that are normally difficult to machine with other processes can be cut on the OMAX 80. Where a heat affected zone (HAZ) can weaken the integrity of a part or lead to failure, the lack of any HAZ makes this system important to the food processing and aerospace industry.
HARDENED TOOL STEEL:
Tool steel can be cut without any change in material properties, at up to 10 times the speed of other systems.
We will cut more aluminum on the OMAX 80 System, partly because it cuts so cleanly and quickly, again, without any thermal distortion or color change.
All grades cut quickly and cleanly without thermal distortion, and where reflectivity may have been a problem for lasers, there is none with OMAX 80.
